Flawless PF70 UC FDI with Cabral Signed Label

The 42ns US Treasurer, Anna Cabral, hand signed the label on which Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) provided its grading information. That information includes the company's highest grade, Proof 70 (PF 70), as well as Ultra Cameo (UC) and First Day of Issue (FDI) certifications. The PF 70 grade means that the coin appears perfect as seen under 5x magnification. The UC certification indicates that the coin exhibits particularly sharp contrasts between deeply mirrored fields and heavily frosted devices, while the FDI designation is reserved for coins that were submitted for grading with 24 hours of their official release.
